Continue south on Main South Road a few kilometers past the Maslin Beach sign, then turn right onto Thomas Road. Despite its small size, Villa 3 Caparica has all the amenities one could need, including a magnificent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, dry sauna, and even private cabins—should you fancy some time with new friends.

It may draw up to 1,000 bathers on summer weekends, and quite a few bathers also visit during the week. Everyone is naked, and the crowd has lots of gay men. We are not sure exactly where the gay section is, but like any gay section, it's usually on the outskirts.

The Grand Resort – Fort Lauderdale

The resort’s name tells you exactly what to expect: unadulterated, naked grandeur!

Activity kicks off at dawn, with joggers on the promenade, muscled bodies by the shore and die-hard surfers catching a few waves before work. Continue several kilometers. The towels are plush, the men are as sophisticated as they are naked, and the amenities are award-winning.

The resort is actually made up of four interconnected properties: The Worthington, The Grand Resort, Alcazar, and Villa Venice—joined via beautiful garden walkways.

Fort Lauderdale is as gay as it gets, boasting the largest number of gay resorts next to Palm Springs, but The Grand Resort has size and experience on its side—a winning combo in life—as the biggest and longest-running gay resort in South Florida. Spontaneous erections are generally considered natural and should not be a cause for concern, embarrassment, or shame.  Sex, if allowed at all, must be confined to designated areas and must be mutually agreed upon.

Always sit on a towel!  Don't place your bare body in contact with furniture or upholstery, especially when you are a guest in someone's home.  Sweat and body secretions, though a fact of life, can be unsanitary and unpleasant to others.

Body acceptance is what we're all about!  Avoid staring at other bodies or making anyone feel conspicuous or uncomfortable.  We wish to make everyone feel welcome and accepted.

You are expected to be nude, but wearing shoes, sandals, and/or socks are always permitted, if you want.  Otherwise, remove all your clothes unless the event is specifically designated as clothing optional.  Shoes or sandals are usually worn when necessary, and some clothing may be appropriate in cool weather, but don't cover up when everyone else is nude.  It will tend to make you unwelcome in the group.

If outdoors, hats, sunglasses, and similar may be worn, and for water features, like pools & hot tubs, aqua shoes (also called aqua socks) may be worn as well.

But unless you've recently been sunburned or have a medical reason for wearing a shirt/top or a jock strap or similar, you are generally expected to be nude.

Please use moderation when consuming alcohol.  Overindulging often results in objectionable behavior and makes others uncomfortable.

Don't bring Federally illegal drugs (including "420") or any inhalants (IE "poppers") to any of our gatherings.

Check with us about our photo policy.  At some events all photography may be prohibited.  Any photographs taken must be strictly for private viewing and cannot be published.  Avoid taking photographs of others unless you have permission in advance.  If photos taken for club purposes (newsletter, web site, etc), the photographer will always ask if anyone objects to photos being taken and used in this fashion - If you remain silent, you automatically give your consent for the use of yourself in such a photo for club purposes.  We will respect your wishes in either case, shooting or cropping around you as needed, but it might be better if you move out of the way of the photographer's work area.

Some parties may have other specific rules, which will be in the event announcement.  Always be aware of and comply with all rules, including such things as smoking, parking, etc.  These is especially important when the event is in a private home.

Please thank the host!  Naturist/nudist events are more fun when everyone helps with the responsibilities.  If you decide to join BA-MEN, and you may wish to host a party, we will assist you with anything necessary for setup & clean-up as needed.
