I had already been working out for a couple of years, but I really fell in love with it in 2013 when I started to see the results of working out efficiently with trainers, lifting heavier weights, and gaining more muscle. MH: Have you run into any struggles being openly gay in the bodybuilding scene?

Sometimes I listen to music and move my hands or my head—it's just me. They also activate multiple joints, helping you maximize your results in a shorter amount of time.
