On a sliding fee. All tests are FDA-approved. Scheduling an appointment in advance is still the best way to minimize the wait times.
To book an appointment, please select “Sea Mar – HIV/STI Testing” in either English or Spanish in our appointment scheduler: gaycity.org/Appointments. Before you make an appointment though, here are four tips to consider:
- Been exposed to HIV? If potential exposure occurred within the last 72 hours, please visit any medical emergency room and request PEP (Post Exposure Prophylaxis).
- 2 week window period: Please wait at least 2 weeks between your last possible exposure and the date of your appointment in order to maintain test accuracy.
- Diagnosis & Treatment: While testers cannot diagnose or treat any symptoms, we can help connect you to aqueer-affirming physicianfor assistance.
Wellness Center
Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center is pleased to offer free HIV/STI testing, PrEP navigation, and Healthcare Navigation at the Sea Mar Federal Way Medical Clinic! The listing includes support from affirming lawyers to affirming housing in Seattle and across the nation.

They have a research program for newly infected HIV positive individuals. Confidential STD examination, screening, treatment, and counseling. That’s if you don’t have one already.
